“I am delighted to welcome Ray to the Treehouse team where he will make an impact as Treehouse continues to expand services throughout the region,” said Janis Avery, Treehouse CEO. “I am particularly impressed by Ray’s strong character and leadership style, and his wealth of experience providing strategic oversight and hands on implementation support to improve and grow company operations is the perfect fit for leading Treehouse’s plans for future growth.”

“I am thrilled to be joining Treehouse at such a pivotal time of growth for the organization,” Oen said. “Treehouse is profoundly impacting thousands of children in foster care in our community and I am excited to bring my expertise and be a part of it.”

Oen will lead Treehouse’s accounting, information technology and human resources teams. He will report directly to Avery.

Oen has more than twenty-five years of practical experience managing and implementing the finance and administrative function in large companies. As CFO at Romac Industries, Inc.
