Treehouse Appoints New Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Seasoned Financial Executive Ray Oen Joins Treehouse

Treehouse today announced Ray Oen has joined the local nonprofit leader in support services for youth in foster care as its new Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO). Oen was most recently Chief Financial Officer at privately held Romac Industries, Inc, a Bothell based manufacturing company. He brings with him an extensive background in finance, accounting, operations, information technology and human resources along with a deep appreciation for Treehouse and its unique position driving positive outcomes for youth impacted by the foster care system.

Oen will lead Treehouse’s accounting, information technology and human resources teams. He will report directly to Avery.

Oen has more than twenty-five years of practical experience managing and implementing the finance and administrative function in large companies. As CFO at Romac Industries, Inc. Oen was responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy overseeing finance and accounting as well as information technology and human resources. He has experience developing annual business plans, budgeting, capital planning, strategy development, project management of software technology implementations, hiring and building strong work teams, facilities management, and use of data analytics to support business decisions.

Prior to being CFO at Romac Industries, Inc., Oen held various positions of increasing responsibility in finance and operations at Microsoft, Weyerhaeuser Company, Exxon International, and the United States Navy. He received his bachelor’s degree with a major in chemistry and minor in mathematics from the University of Puget Sound and his master’s degree in business administration from Dartmouth College. Oen is active in church and community service, and has been a youth sports coach for the past five years.
