Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources is a hands on manager of a full service HR department, leading talent management and building policy and practice that promotes equity through a racial equity lens. As a champion of employee engagement, the work includes coaching, advocating for productive conflict, understanding staffing needs and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The new Director will be pivotal in advancing Treehouse’s mission, goals, competencies and culture during a time when the organization is rapidly growing and innovating to achieve our ambitious 2022 goal.
