Our store carries clothes for infants, children and teens in all sizes. We work closely with our community to ensure that items reflect current trends, brands, fashions and the essentials everyone needs. Eligible participants may shop or place an order up to 3 times per year.
The Treehouse Store FAQ
The Treehouse Store is open for drop in shopping (no appointment needed) every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and every Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. If you would like to make an appointment to shop outside of these days and times, please contact our team at least 48 hours in advance at [email protected] or 206.267.5185.
Treehouse referred youth can shop at the Treehouse Store up to 3 times per year. We ask that you limit your visits to once per month with exceptions around our peak seasons. Visits must be used during the existing program year and do not roll over if unused.
For in-person shopping you just need to be the listed caregiver and have picture ID. We ask that caregivers are present when shopping for younger kids. Youth who are 13 and older are welcome to shop by themselves with picture ID. You are welcome to bring your non-Treehouse-eligible kids with you, but please understand that we cannot provide childcare while you shop.
Caseworkers and other adults may also shop for eligible Treehouse youth as long as the youth’s primary caregiver has called us in advance to give approval.
Teens shopping on their own are welcome to bring a friend or two along, but if the store is busy, we may ask friends to wait in our lobby.
To see what tickets are available, please submit a request through our online order form or give our team a call at 206.267.5185.
Eligible youth may request up to two tickets per month.
During our open shopping hours, you can take as long as you need up to the time we close.
For appointments outside of our open shopping hours, we schedule clients for 60 minutes. If you are shopping for more than two youth or you believe you will need more than 60 minutes to finish your shopping, please let Store Staff know when making the appointment.
Please bring a photo ID to check in.
We receive inventory every day and work hard to restock the store after each shopping day.
Please contact us at 206.267.5185.
No, please contact us to arrange an emergency visit at 206.267.5185.
At this time, we are accepting gently used donations and would love to have you re-donate items that you are no longer using. Please take note of our donation standards and hours before dropping them off.
While shopping at the Treehouse Store, all items must go to the eligible youth with a Treehouse referral. However, our book library is unlimited and available for everyone in the household!
