The Treehouse Store FAQ
The Treehouse Store is currently offering shopping through our online order form or by appointment only. If you wish to make an appointment or submit an online request, follow the link at the top of the page or give the store team a call at 206.267.5185
Treehouse referred youth can shop at the Treehouse Store up to 3 times per year. We ask that you limit your visits to once per month with exceptions around our peak seasons. Visits must be used during the existing program year and do not roll over if unused.
When the Store is open for in-person shopping you just need to be the listed caregiver and bring a picture ID. We ask that caregivers are present when shopping for younger kids. Youth in your care who are 13 and older are welcome to shop by themselves with picture ID. You also are welcome to bring your non-Treehouse-eligible kids with you, but please understand that we cannot provide childcare while you shop.
Caseworkers and other adults may also shop for eligible Treehouse youth as long as the youth’s primary caregiver has called us in advance to give approval.
Teens shopping on their own are welcome to bring a friend or two along, but if the store is busy, we may ask friends to wait in our lobby.
To see what tickets are available, please submit a request through our online order page or give our team a call at 206.267.5185.
Eligible youth may request up to two tickets per month.
Appointments are currently scheduled for 60 minutes. If you are shopping for more than two youth or you believe you will need more than 60 minutes to finish your shopping, please contact Store Staff.
Please bring a photo ID to check in.
We receive inventory every day and work hard to restock the store after each shopping day.
Please contact us at 206.267.5185.
No, please contact us to arrange an emergency visit at 206.267.5185.
At this time we are accepting used donations and would love to have you re-donate items that you are no longer using. Please take note of our donation standards and hours before dropping them by.
While shopping at the Treehouse Store, all items must go to the eligible youth with a Treehouse referral. However, our book library is unlimited and available for everyone in the household!
