Services

Referrals can be made online by social workers (DCYF, Federal, and Tribal), OSPI and school personnel, CASAs/GALs, and attorneys. Please note: caregivers are not eligible to submit referrals. 

New users start by going to our referral page. 

1. Clicking on “Request a User Account” and completing the form. Within two (2) business days, your account will be reviewed for eligibility requirements. 
2. Upon approval, you will receive login instructions.

Registered users login to our referral page.

1. Click on “My Referrals” in the navigation menu. Review your submitted referrals to ensure there are no duplicates.  
2. If the youth has a referral listed, you can update their information by clicking on the pencil icon near their name. 
3. To submit a new referral, click “Add Referral,” and complete the form. (Asterisks indicate required fields. Click on “Submit” button when complete.) 

Yes. Referrals need to be updated annually or whenever a youth’s demographic information changes (such as their school, caregiver, etc.) 

Please note: 

• Referrals for Educational Advocacy remain open for the duration of that school year. 
• Only youth actively enrolled in the Graduation Success do not need an annual referral.

You will receive an email confirmation that a referral was submitted. To see updates on submitted referrals, login to your account and click on “My Referrals.”

It may take three to seven (3–7) business days for a referred youth to begin receiving Treehouse services; referrals for Graduation Success may take longer.

For most Treehouse services, we will contact the caregiver directly within three to four (3–4) business days. For Educational Advocacy referrals, both the caregiver and social worker will be contacted.

If you are unable to log into your account:

• Go to referrals.treehouseforkids.org, and click on “Login.” 
• Below the “Log In” button, click on “Lost your password?” 
• Enter your username or email address for the account, and click on “Get New Password”. 
• Check your email inbox for a password reset email. (If no email is received, check your spam folders as well.) 
• Follow the link in the password reset email and create a new password for your account. 

If you are already logged into your account:

• Click on “My Account” in the navigation menu. 
• Enter your new password in the password fields and click “Submit.”
