Seattle.gov: Help City Light and Starbucks Make Holiday Spirits Bright for Foster Children

Seattle City Light is teaming up with Starbucks partner stores for a second year to spread joy to foster children this holiday season!

Last year, City Light launched a donation drive for Treehouse, a local non-profit organization which provides foster children in Washington State with the support they need to thrive.
