Coming from a collective Chinese culture, Lisa Chin was raised to look out for those around her. From a young age, she felt a sense of collective responsibility. Chin spent the bulk of her nonprofit career focused on young people, education, and equity-based systems that provide opportunities to those who need them most. Chin is currently the CEO of Seattle-based Treehouse, a nonprofit serving youth in foster care.
