Lloyd is the retired CEO of The Polyclinic, where he led the organization for 27 years as it grew from a single location with 65 providers to a prominent organization with top–quality patient experience. He previously served on the executive team at Harborview Medical Center. His extensive career in healthcare provided him with deep experience in navigating complex systems, creating innovative partnerships, and delivering value to patients and payers, while retaining focus on the needs of patients and well-being of caregivers. A longtime supporter, Lloyd’s passion for Treehouse’s mission stems from his desire to support young people who lack the foundational support he had growing up. He appreciates Treehouse’s dual approach of direct service and systemic policy change. Lloyd also serves on the boards of the Washington Health Alliance and PSW, a population health company connected to MultiCare. He holds a BA in government from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Washington. He lives in Seattle with his wife.
