Request for Auto Insurance Funding

Please note:

  • To be eligible for auto insurance funding, participants must have their driver’s license. They do not need an active auto insurance policy but we do require a quote from an insurance agent or broker at the time of the request.
  • A funding request form must be completed through our website for each payment to your insurance company or reimbursement. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing next steps.
  • Whenever possible, we prefer to pay for auto insurance premiums in full (6 months at a time) rather than monthly.
  • Any requests for reimbursement will require a receipt uploaded within the request form at the time the request is submitted.
  • Current policy documents must be uploaded within the request form at the time the request is submitted. Current policy documents may include the “Declaration Page” or “Insurance Quote”.
