Robyn (she/her) grew up in a life of service. Her father led the way as a pastor and international missionary. She and her family supported families with basic needs and essential services. This experience inspired her 19–year journey in social entrepreneurship and innovation, non-profit leadership, fundraising, branding, and communication that spanned global, national, and regional reach. As Chief Development Officer of Treehouse, Robyn oversees philanthropic strategy and stakeholder engagement to advance the mission of creating opportunities for young people in foster care to thrive.
Robyn previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Northwest Center, where she led a transformational shift toward a philanthropic culture through a series of firsts for the organization including systemized fundraising operations, a comprehensive individual giving program, government relations strategy, corporate partnerships, and board recruitment and engagement. She previously revitalized Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound as Chief Development Officer, co-leading a strategic planning process that reversed a seven-year revenue decline and put the organization on the path to sustainability. She was also appointed to the national team tasked with bring relevance and awareness to the 121-year-old organization across 300 locations. Robyn also served in a leadership role with Taco Bell’s foundation where she led their national business development, marketing and public relations, and with Orange County United Way, where she oversaw key corporate partnerships and fundraising initiatives, including their flagship event: Walk United.
Robyn holds a BA from California State University, Fullerton, and has received certificates in nonprofit leadership and fundraising from various programs. Robyn has earned national recognition for her work in PR, marketing, events and fundraising, including the Ragan Communications CSR & Diversity award and a Tony Ventrella Community leadership award.
