Apply for Washington Foster Care Pandemic Aid

To apply for funding, applicants will need their birthdate, legal name and city/state at the time placed in foster care. 


Applicants will also need to provide Treehouse with your preferred method of payment and appropriate payment details i.e., electronic payment handle or address and contact information for direct vendor and/or check payments. 


Please note: Treehouse is encouraging applicants to chose funding delivery via check. If receiving a check does not work for you, please allow additional processing time for electronic payments.

To be eligible for funding, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are currently between the ages of 23 and 26
  • You were placed in out-of-home foster care for at least 30 days between the ages of 15 and 17
  • AND
  • You were either:
  • A) a dependent of Washington State Department of Children, Youth and  Families (DCYF)  or a federally recognized tribe


    B) would have been eligible for these funds under the same criteria, but were in foster care in a different state
