Pajama Bowl Team Captain

Thanks for your interest in putting together a team for the Sleep Country Pajama Bowl. By choosing Treehouse as your beneficiary, you’re helping foster kids.

What do Team Captains do?
Team Captains are go getters. They invite four family members, friends or colleagues to join their team and ensure that their team meets their fundraising goals.

How do I get started?
Make a list of everyone you know who might be interested in making a difference in the lives of foster kids.  Think of the people who enjoy bowling. And then add anyone who just likes to spend the day in their pajamas.

What's the best way to recruit friends, family, and co-workers?
We suggest you contact your list of potential bowlers in at least two ways.  For example, talk to people personally, and then send them a follow up email or note.  Explain to them why you support Treehouse and invite them to join you.  Here is a sample email you can personalize to invite your friends and colleagues. How much do I have to raise?
It’s $250 per team to register which breaks down to $50 a person. That’s the minimum. If you raise more than that you increase your chances of winning a really cool prize!

How do I register?
It’s easy. Visit the Sleep Country Pajama Bowl website.

Foster Care Fact

  • Washington State pays a maximum of $300 per year for clothing. That’s less than half of what an average family of moderate means spends each year to clothe a child.
