Reggie waits by the front door for the garbage truck on Tuesdays. He hounds his foster mom to drive past the firehouse to see the ladder trucks. Reggie’s fascination with flat beds, big rigs, cement mixers and other things with wheels is growing almost as fast as he is. He wants his own truck to drive. And who can blame him?
